The USRRDF has it's main Team Formation Headquarters and organizer in Orange County, California. The Vice President, and Head of Formations is Mr. Jerry Jordan. Mr.Jordan comes from an impressive and extensive dance background as a teacher, choreographer, and competitor.

Jerry has a particular love for Team Formations, and is continually involved in training teams for competition. Mr. Jordan starts with dancers who may, or may not, have a team or competitive background, and molds them into team member who enjoys the challenge, and love of displaying their team talents in various venues.

Developing competitive teams takes time, talent, and training. The individual dancer must have a strong sense of cooperation, loyality, and a dedication to what is necessary to develop into formidable competitors. Mix all these componets together, and it yields a champion team product that excites all who watch in amazement.
