Frankie Manning will be teaching
Lindy-Hop at ALHC again this year in Stamford, Ct. The dates are from October
25, 26, 27, & 28. Frankie’s Lindy-Hop workshops are one of a kind, so don’t
miss it.
As the first National Lindy-Hop
Championship competition, ALHC has become the biggest, and most exciting LH
competiton in the USA. The best LH dancers initially compete from all over the
US in Regional comps before being qualified to dance in certain categories at
ALHC. This prestigious event also qualifies competitors to compete/dance
internationally, representing the USRRDF in WRRC events around the world. Nick
William and his partner Ria DeBiase, won the 2005 ALHC/WRRC World Championships,
and they have been busy ever since teaching, competing, etc. Check out the
USRRDF website at www.usdanceteams.org for more information.
For further information regarding the
ALHC Championships, contact Paulette Brockington, www.artspectrum.org.
This years ALHC promises to continue to be the best of Lindy-Hop comps…see you
there!
